Everyone deserves a space where they are able to be completely and unapologetically themselves without having to worry about what others think. Believe it or not, this is mine. On here I share my thoughts, feelings and experiences on everyday life. Feel free to comment and discuss anything written as opinions are welcomed.

Part of the reason I began this blog was another outlet for my creative side yet now it has developed into something much more meaningful and the works that I publish on here hold my vulnerability. With every post I feel myself grow in confidence as I accept each post and publish without a thought for other’s opinions.

Enjoy, don’t enjoy. Have your opinions and be 100%, unapologetically yourself.

This is where you can find all of my latest blog posts, feel free to scroll through them all.

Remember: Check Yourself

Remember: Check Yourself

Reflection is an imperative facet of managing mental health. I once was offered the advice to take a self-inventory. Reflect on your past actions, both the good and the bad, admit when you have done wrong immediately and frankly then, learn and move forward. The following is my evening’s reflection.

Managing Mental Health

Managing Mental Illness
With a specific focus on bipolar disorder.

After living with bipolar on medication since I was diagnosed, I came off my medication and have been self managing for two months. Now at the two month mark with no real research done before it (only the laid foundation for successful mental health from a previous psychologist), I have now begun to conduct research and believe I should be reviewing my findings.

Let Us Revisit: Unapologetically Molly

Let Us Revisit:
I am unapologetically myself. For me, this means I accept who I am with my faults and strengths and reflect on myself to reach the person I want to be. In the past, I have relied on many things to shape myself. These have included friends, family, boyfriends, mental illness and medicating. At present, I now rely on the instincts within me to shape who I am today. While this is based off of the teachings throughout my eighteen years, it is now predominantly self reflection that guides me.

My name is Molly St John Mosse and this is my blog. I first started Unapologetically Molly in 2016. It first began as an attempt at blogging however it soon developed into a space where I could discuss and express my true feelings.

The entire concept of this blog is that I am aiming to be 100%, unapologetically myself. Over the years I have spend too much time worrying and sometimes even apologising for who I am. No more. I am a strong, independent young woman with bipolar type II, I love music and art and I rock climb to pass the time.

My life journey has not been easy so far however, it hasn’t been as hard as it could have been. Thanks to my supports around me and myself, I am who I want to be. And, I develop this with every single new experience. Some of the things you read on here may surprise you and you may judge me for it. Do so if you wish. For, I am simply being myself! Please enjoy reading and I hope this helps you to become unapologetically you.
